Rakesh Shankar is a Graduate Research Assistant in Dr. Cyrus K. Aidun’s lab at Georgia Tech, collaborating with Dr. Prasoon Suchandra on ML approaches for somatic embryogenesis. The team is developing an algorithm to classify viable embryos with precision and scalability. Rakesh also has experience as an Entrepreneurship Assistant at Georgia Tech, where he conducted market research on desalination technologies.
